The Affirmative Couch, LLC is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Affirmative Couch, LLC maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

2. How many CEs are required by my state?

Iowa psychologists (PhD, PsyD) are required to take 40 hours of continuing education (CE) every 2 years. CE must include 6 hours on ethical issues, federal mental health laws and regulations, Iowa mental health laws and regulations, or risk management

3. How many CEs can be taken online by my state?

All 40 hours can be taken online.
