Get to know me:

I’m a Registered Dietitian based in Buffalo, NY. I have a passion for making delicious food accessible for everyone, and supporting my clients in having healthy relationships with food. I’m also a huge board game nerd!

What does kitchen accessibility mean to me?

I meet my clients where they are, and work within the physical space, equipment, kitchen skills, and food access available to them. I facilitate client-centered adventures in creating delicious food, no matter the perceived limitations.

What populations do I work with? What is my level of expertise (friendly, knowledgeable, expert) for each of those populations?

  • LGBTQ+ | expert
  • Black, Brown, Indigenous, People of Color | knowledgeable
  • Vegetarians/Vegans | expert
  • People with food allergies/dietary restrictions | expert
  • People with medical conditions supported by Medical Nutrition Therapy | knowledgeable

What is my approach to food?

Connection starts in the kitchen – food is one of the most common ways for people to connect with each other. I work to eliminate food shame and barriers to cooking so that everyone can access this vital connection.

What issues am I most skilled at addressing as a nutrition professional?

I am most skilled in supporting clients in changing the ways they prepare and eat food. Change is hard, especially with a task we’ve all done our entire lives! I have the nutrition and kitchen expertise to make change accessible, delicious, and fun.
