Get to know me:

I was born in Ukraine and immigrated as a child to the United States. I have always been drawn to people, their thoughts, their needs and wants. I find the human condition to be such a beautiful experience riddled with darkness and pain, and so I wanted to be part of the healing process.

What does affirmative psychotherapy mean to me?
Affirmative psychotherapy means that every single client deserves a unique approach that fits them, not the mold. It all comes down to person-centered support, validation and awareness.

What populations do I work with?
I work with couples, individuals, families and minority groups. I find that each couple is unique (like a fingerprint) and requires a seasoned approach. One of my focuses is neuro-wellness, specifically, ADHD and spectrum clients.

What is my approach to healing?
I have a boutique style of working with my clients. “I will meet you where you are ”,  learn about your narrative, and your story to lead us into the direction you’d like to go. I am a mindful and person-centered coach, my goal is to understand my clients, their personality and help them in a nurturing and safe place. The most important relationship of your life is the one you have with yourself. All of our relationships start with how we see ourselves.

What issues am I most skilled at addressing as a mental health professional?
As a coach I focus on self-validation and narrative work, relationship science, brain and gut health and grief.
