Get to know me:

What does affirmative psychotherapy mean to me?

What affirmative psychotherapy means to me is the ability to carve out a space where one can live up to their own ideals and authentic shelf without any harsh judgments and/or criticisms from other people.

Random Fact:

I love Southern Literature. My favorite authors include Tennessee Williams, Eudora Welty, Kate Chopin, etc.
