In addition to my role for The Affirmative Couch, I work with local non-profits on short films and documentaries, and on personal filmmaking projects. I am an immigrant to the US, and the son of a Polish immigrant to England after WW2. I consider myself English, Polish, and Californian.
What does affirmative psychotherapy mean to me?
An inclusive approach that seeks to support the positive acceptance of everybody’s identity, and work in support of this.
