Get to know me (50 words max): I am a theatre person through my heart and soul and to be honest I came to be a Content Manager by accident. When Cadyn began talking about the Affirmative Couch on social media, it sounded like an amazing opportunity to contribute directly to the wellbeing of people I know and care about. Although my MFA is in Creative Writing for the Performing Arts, I am glad that my writing degree can be used to help our communities.

What does affirmative psychotherapy mean to me? Affirmative psychotherapy means a space where a client can process trauma and identity without feeling the need to censor themselves.

Random Fact: I have at least one book from every series written by RL Stine.
