What does kitchen accessibility mean to me?
I meet my clients where they are, and work within the physical space, equipment, kitchen skills, and food access available to them. I facilitate client-centered adventures in creating delicious food, no matter the perceived limitations.

What is my approach to food?
Connection starts in the kitchen – food is one of the most common ways for people to connect with each other. I work to eliminate food shame and barriers to cooking so that everyone can access this vital connection.
What issues am I most skilled at addressing as a nutrition professional?
